Medieval

The “Paço Medieval” was the first building built in the “Paço Episcopal Bracarense”, facing the “Santa Bárbara” Garden. Conceived by the archbishops D. Gonçalo Pereira and D. Fernando da Guerra, it was built in the late Middle Ages and has the appearance of a fortification: solid, with granite blocks, windows with pointed arches and topped by battlements.
